Be careful when you drive down from the Franzoseneck and "long board" here, it is very rocky and full of gravel. You should be sure that you have mounted appropriate puncture-proof tires that offer the required grip.
I advise against everyday tires / trekking tires such as Schwalbe Smart Sam or similar due to the nature of the ground.
You only have solid ground under your tires after you have crossed the road at the Waldsiedlung Kronberg.
