While the Brisen is relatively easy to climb, the Hoh Brisen is reserved for sure-footed and vertigo-free alpine hikers, who ideally have little fear of heights. The ridge to the Hoh Brisen is relatively harmless for a long stretch before becoming extremely narrow and exposed at the end, requiring a descent from a ridge crest into a hollow.
