Idyllically located on the Hardhof, between Bergfeld and the former Neckarelzer barracks. At the bus stop (with a view of the Odenwald) turn to the Hardhof and take the next right, 50m further is the lake with a rest area.

Not worth the name lake. If you climb the mountain just because of these, I would advise against it. However, ala MTB you can still take the trail with you on the descent.
