Ile aux Moines is definitely worth seeing. The paths are good to ride on. At the southern end, cycling is forbidden. We took our e-bikes with us (7€ is well invested. Renting on the island 33€ per day)

This tour should actually only be done by MTB. Although there are paths through the forest, they are often very deeply rutted. Scenically fabulous, like everything in Forêt du Brocéliande

The beautiful beaches of southern Brittany near Tregunc and the picturesque old town of Concarneau were very impressive. The way back via the main road was a bit arduous with a lot of traffic.
