Rest Area with Fire Pit

The benches aren't exactly new, but there's something about the idea of the concrete fire bowl.
Is definitely a romantic place at night (unless there is a *risk of forest fire).
Although I'm not entirely sure whether you're even allowed to light a fire in the Hessian forest.
But then what is the fire bowl for?I found something about this:
