The center of Cáceres is like a portal to the Middle Ages. Its intricate streets, its Gothic cathedral and numerous palaces create a historic and monumental complex that dominates the meadow from above and is a World Heritage Site. Getting lost in its streets is finding multiple gastronomic proposals and it is easy to surrender to the charms of Iberian ham whose pigs run free looking for acorns a few kilometers away.
