12 kilometers long and up to 2 kilometers wide, there is space here! From north to south there are 5 beaches that stretch parallel to the dyke and the hamlets. Each beach has its own landscape character and different offers. Dunes, fresh North Sea water, mudflats, wind and waves, dykes and the infinitely wide, white sandy beach in front of St. Peter-Ording - a unique nature in the middle of the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park.
