Actually, the "Congo" originally became known for its sour cheese, as there used to be a cheese factory there. Today, the menu is complemented by ingeniously good fried potatoes, very tasty homemade cakes, and all garnished from the beautiful terrace with a wonderful view.
Tip: towards evening you can see deer on the meadow at the edge of the forest!
