The Täschalp Restaurant & Lodge is located in the side valley of Täsch, directly in front of the gates of Zermatt at 2,225 meters above sea level. Here you can still experience nature as our ancestors saw it. Whistling marmots, the rushing Mellichbach and a diverse flora round off the mountain break experience.

The Täschalp lies in a depression between the slopes of the Rothorn and the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Mischabel group. A green valley with cows, alpine farming and cheese dairy. The mountains around it are high, the peaks barely visible. Some people feel the place is a narrow mini mountain valley, others feel security and alpine romance.
