The Moosjisee (2,140 m) - also called Mosjesee - is a storage lake. The water is used for snow-making on the slopes and to generate electricity. It is fed by the glaciers, including the Findel Glacier, and therefore has the typical milky color of glacier milk (glacier water enriched with floating matter).

Bathing is prohibited (for safety reasons).
