The Buchserberg with the Malbun mountain inn at around 1350 m above sea level. represents an intact local recreation area for young and old, families, active people and connoisseurs.
In summer, mountain hikes and bike tours on well-developed paths are tempting. The playground invites children to linger. During the winter months, various ski tours start from Buchserberg. If there is enough snow, a ski lift for families operates on Wednesday afternoons and weekends. On weekends an official bus runs to Buchserberg.
