The evangelical branch church of St. Maria Magdalena is a listed church building in Buchschwabach, a part of the municipality of Markt Roßtal in the district of Fürth (Middle Franconia, Bavaria). The building is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments under monument number D-5-73-125-28. The church belongs to the parish of Roßbach in the Evangelical Lutheran Deanery of Fürth in the Nuremberg church district of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria. The church is named after Maria Magdalena.

In 1882/83, a neo-Gothic nave was added to the square choir tower made of ashlar masonry, the ground floor of which dates from the early 14th century and was increased in the first half of the 15th century. In the former choir, i. H. on the ground floor of the choir tower, remains of frescoes from the 15th century are present. The upper storey of the tower, covered with a high pyramidal roof, houses the tower clock and the belfry, in which three church bells hang.[1] The altar wings of the Marian altar with scenes from the life of Mary were designed by Hans von Heidelberg around 1506. The Annunciation and the Nativity are depicted on the left altar wing, the Visitation of Mary and the Adoration of the Magi on the right wing. In the middle of the triptych there is a statue of Mary with the child in a halo and on the rainbow, which is attributed to the "Master of the Martha Altar" in St. Lorenz in Nuremberg
