Kris Smedts and Mieke Nijs brew beer under the Witlov brand in a traditional craft way. Attention pun: It came from the Dutch word for chicory, i.e. witloof, and the English "With Love".
You brew on historical grounds: the Biertoren brewery used to be on the site. You get two blonde, traditional beers here, one with 6% ABV and a triple with 9% ABV: Witlov 6 and Witlov 9.
