Small complex built around one of the Cretan olive trees, which are said to be the oldest in the world. In the attached small shop you can get olive oil, wine and other more or less local products (rather a bit overpriced). Open only in summer.

Visit the oldest olive tree in Crete, and perhaps the oldest in the world.
It is said to be between 3,500 and 5,000 years old.Next to the tree, there is also a small museum where you can learn about olive cultivation. (Free admission.)As expected, there is a tavern there.
Prices are reasonable.
The owners are also happy to show you their orchard, where they have some unusual fruits, such as the Japanese medlar, which you can also sample.
