The Brauereigasthof Scharpf is equally known to locals and the home-brewed beer is popular. The specialty of the Scharpf brewery is probably the typical Franconian gusset, a naturally cloudy, amber-colored and above all drinkable beer. There is also a Märzen and seasonal beers all year round. The beer can be brought from the brewery inn in 1l "Maurer" bottles, in a box with 6x1liter gusset beer, 2l swing top bottles and 5l party kegs.
