The former Gothic choir tower, which was increased in 1644 and covered with a slate-roofed, pointed helmet, remained as a church tower in the west in front of the northern aisle of the neo-baroque nave of the hall church, built in 1913 based on a design by Fritz Fuchsenberger. A roof turret rises from the roof of the retracted, three-sided choir in the east. The church furnishings include an early baroque high altar, which comes from the Michelsberg monastery, and the pulpit, built in 1636, which comes from the demolished Bamberg Franciscan church. The Stations of the Cross were painted by Georg Karl Urlaub in 1777.
