oldest house in Arras, built in 1467, Flemish brick Gothic style. Its facade, all in brick for the floors, on arcades in sandstone warheads on the ground floor, is the only one in the city whose gable is not in the Flemish Baroque style, it is a stepped gable called sometimes also "at sparrow's pace". The building served as the basis for the alignment of the houses and their galleries, and its three-level structure suggested the unique pattern of the other houses in the squares of Arras.
