Lovely canal with reasonably wide paths meaning it is east to path.
However, this is full of walkers and other (casual) cyclists, meaning you spend most of the time waiting to overtake.
Avoid if you want to get somewhere quickly, visit if you want a nice but slow ride along the canal

Cycling

From Islington to Victoria Park gets very busy during rush hours and the weekends, if cycling stay off the Canal path and use the side roads which run parallel you’ll find it far easier to navigate through people during these hours.
