The Dragon Lake is surrounded by an impressive high-mountain backdrop, its color, as in virtually all mountain lakes, dreamlike .... you can hardly get out of the amazement and it is always difficult to leave these charming places :-)

One should be free from giddiness and sturdy shoes are also advisable 🏔

The path from Seebensee to the Coburgerhütte goes up the foreseeable ramp in serpentines. Short sections are somewhat steeper, crisper and interspersed with rock steps .... Surefootedness and good hiking boots are absolutely advisable in this area.
But the way is worth it, because the view from the hut is simply phenomenal ...

Very rocky and steep path, but definitely worth it there, the view is just fantastic ⛰

Impressive view of the see. During winter it's pretty demanding to climb atop and therefore proper hiking shoes with traction for snow is must!!

Great, not very long and easy ascent over the ramp from Seebensee to Drachensee. Nice views down in between, and at the top of the Coburger Hütte you will be rewarded with a great mountain panorama and the Drachensee embedded in it.
