To this day, the people of Oesbern have been and continue to be active in order to give life to their church. Everyone used their skills to find the site, obtain permits, begin construction, raise funds, and thus give face and expression to the church.
In 1929 the foundation stone was laid for this small church, which was essentially built by the residents of Oesbern themselves.
By the way, the name of the church is not St. Michael but St. Aloysius.
