It should really be the Marmalade men and woman really as all the preserves you see before you are made by the locals from the Sotterly and Stoven area. Everything is sold at the Turner Farm house on the road side. All the proceeds made go to various charity's some local some further afield. So if purchasing probably the best marmalade you'd ever tasted wasn't enough your also doing your bit for charity too. So if you happen to be passing through Sotterly and see a little table covered in little red and orange jars stop it'll be worth it trust me
