The Brienz Rothorn Railway still runs with old steam locomotives from Brienz up to the Brienz Rothorn. From here you can enjoy wonderful views of Lake Brienz and the impressive mountain ranges of the Bernese Alps as well as along the Brienz Ridge on the northwest side of the lake.
