Blue Ladder Art Garden

The garden was conceived, designed, and operated by veterinarian and journalist Dr. Hans-Joachim Andres, who sadly passed away in May 2022. The former art and sculpture garden can now only be viewed from the path. The rest area has since been relocated about 100 meters away.

In the middle of nature there is art at its finest. From afar you can already see the Blue Ladder, which gave the garden its name. The garden is full of sculptures. Surrounded by forests, swamps and bogs, nature clearly has right of way here. Naturally, plants can spread and serve as a food source for animals that have found a home in various habitats. If you rest here, you can enjoy nature with all your senses and marvel at numerous art works.
