The Evangelical Lutheran Holtrop Church is in the East Frisian town of Großefehn-Holtrop. It is a rectangular Romanesque brick hall church. Its construction dates back to the 13th century.
With a floor plan of 32.3 x 11.3 meters, it is one of the largest village churches in East Friesland.
The historic organ by Hinrich Justus Müller dates back to 1772 and is located on the west gallery of the church.
At the beginning of June 2022, the parish celebrated the 250th anniversary of the organ with a series of concerts.
