Mountain biking
Always going up under the Männlichen cable car and then above the valley station of the Gummi chairlift in the direction of the valley station of the Honegg and Arven chairlifts. Great, lonely trail. All bikers take the main route via Brandegg.

Mountain biking
From Männlichen, first follow the Panorama-Trail, later the Gummi-Trail to Bustligen. A varied trail with a few tricky sections. Occasional hikers on the way, but no problem with mutual consideration. From Bustligen up to Kleine Scheidegg; partly steep gravel paths.
