The 12th-century Norman keep of Dover Castle is the core of the castle complex. It served as a royal castle and for the reception of princely guests, the interiors were beautifully designed and modeled on the time. Definitely worth seeing. From the viewing platform you have a very good view over the castle complex and Dover.
