Hiking

The Lüderich mine is a former non-ferrous metal ore mine in the Bensberg ore district in Overath in the Steinenbrück district. The Lüderich mining field extends over the entire Lüderich ridge to the municipality of Rösrath. The largest ore deposit "Hangender Sommer" in the vicinity of Bleifeld was also located there. The main operating point was in the vicinity of the main shaft. Today the club house of the Lüderich golf course is located there.
