The house at Opatowska Street at number 19 was built around 1875 for Jam Wajrauch (there are suspicions that the architect of the building was Władysław Marconi). Its northern wall is a medieval wall from the times of Casimir the Great.

From the eastern side, the tenement house touches the Opatowska Gate - a Gothic building, currently the last preserved city gate in Sandomierz. In November 2018, after 7 years of renovation of the building and its surroundings, the Widnokrąg restaurant and Hotel were opened to guests.
