From here you have a great view of Mount Brandon (952 meters) and its secondary peaks Cummeennagnauv and Brandon Peak. The mountain takes its name from Brendon, the traveler. The Irish saint is said to have lived at the foot of the mountain and started his journey across the Atlantic from here.

Not only to the crest of Mount Brandon, but also to the southwest to the coast with the three sisters (An Triúr Deirféar) there is a magnificent panorama to admire. So look around regularly when you climb up!
