    Hiking

The walk to Carhoo Hill begins at the car park on the road where you pay €2 to the farmer to hike to the top (children are free). You walk through the sheep and meadows up to the zig zags and then the final push where you can see Eask Tower. It is a short walk at 2.4km and suitable for families. Its right off the beaten track with wonderful views of the Dingle Peninsula.

The path starts at the parking lot below if you drive along the road. Entry costs €2 per person. and the old lady checked on us right away. 😉
It goes over the meadow past the sheep upwards. When you arrive you can enjoy the view. As always, bring a windbreaker. At the farm opposite the parking lot there is a bucket with water and a brush to clean your shoes with.

    Hiking

Eask Tower was built in 1847 as a navigational aid for ships sailing in and out of Dingle Harbour. The views here are spectacular. Breathe in 360° of Kerry's finest panoramas of the Iveragh Peninsula, the Blasket Islands, Slea Head as well as Carrauntoohil and Mount Brandon.
