Cycling
Originally there were two knightly seats of the Lords of Wiedebach in Beitzsch, the “Burg” and the later “New Castle”. In the 17th century the knight seats were united. The castle fell victim to a fire when the troops marched through from Wallenstein in 1627. The castle, which is still preserved today, has been rebuilt and enlarged over the centuries.
