Preserved in its original form with 18th century furnishings, it boasts authentic Rococo polychrome. In the years 1564-74, the titular parish priest of the church was Jan Kochanowski. The facility is located on the tourist trail "Trail of wooden churches around the Zielonka Forest". Every year, the church hosts Easter mysteries of the Passion and Resurrection of the Lord.
