Kyselka got its name from the name of the forest that used to belong to the local parish in nearby Rájov. The source is in the Slavkovský Forest at the source of the Mnichovské brook, about 4.5 kilometers north of Mariánské Lázně. It rises at an altitude of 767 meters and is the highest acidic spring in PLA Slavkovský les. The source is collected in a shallow well, the excess water drains down a channel colored by the iron salts contained in the acid. Kyselka is undoubtedly one of the most delicious waters in the Mariánské Lázně area.
