The wide, sandy beach with almost 500 white-painted bathing houses - The White City - which are lined up on the beach. The bathing houses are private and cannot be booked, the owners have to buy a license every year.
The beach with the houses and the houses on top of the cliffs are well-known photo subjects and are widely known.
