Hiking

The ruins of Irslingen Castle date back to the 12th century and were once the ancestral seat of the Dukes of Urslingen, an important noble family during the Hohenstaufen period. Today, parts of the circular wall with loopholes and tower bases are still preserved.

Short and crisp climb to ruin - today also a bit slippery. There is not much to see from the castle. A few walls and a small platform from which you can look down on the Butschhof.
