    The Spencer Creek Road is a 5-km trail through Uwharrie National Forest. It can only be accessed by foot. The trail runs about parallel east to the Uwharrie Trail from 109 Trailhead. From the 109 Trailhead, Uwharrie Trail and Spencer Creek Road form a 9-km loop hike.
