Furebergfossen waterfall is located on the Rv 551 road between Årsnes and Sunndal, by the Maurangerfjord, a branch of the Hardangerfjord. The Furebergfossen has a free fall of 20 meters. The road goes over the lower part of the waterfall.

The Furebergsfossen is a waterfall worth seeing on the southern shore of the Maurangsfjorden. It is fed by the Furebergselva and tumbles down a steep wooded mountainside. A parking lot directly opposite the waterfall allows for a short photo stop. Furebergsfossen is therefore easily accessible by car.
