The Abbazia San Galgano is the ruin of a former abbey about 35 km southwest of Siena in the area of the municipality of Chiusdino in Tuscany in Italy.
The ruin is very well preserved and you have very nice insights into the various parts of the building. Parking is available and at the beginning there is also an opportunity to stop by. A wonderful place to stay and capture the tranquility of Tuscany.
