The Ferhat Pasha Mosque, better known as the Ferhadija Mosque, stood in the center of Banja Luka until its destruction in 1993 and was one of the finest examples of 16th-century Ottoman-Islamic architecture in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has been rebuilt and is a protected monument.

Last of the numerous old mosques that's still standing in Banja Luka. Sadly, Serbs have destroyed all the other back in the 1990es.
