The absolute best fried chicken restaurant anywhere, far and wide.

The restaurant is quaint. The solid furniture, and especially the tabletops, were hewn from the forest by Grandpa and made from the trees himself. That hasn't changed. The service is also extremely prompt and pleasantly fast.

The menu includes chicken, skewers, and the giant Idaho potato. New: now there's also a vegan skewer on the menu and vegan sauces.

The outside railing has been completely remodeled, and there's now an additional huge parking lot out back.

My mom used to go to this restaurant with her great-grandfather when she was very little. Every visit is an experience.
