Long path (the climb can take almost 4 hours) and very beautiful, sometimes monotonous but different from almost everything. You should bring enough liquid, food, a hat, good footwear and something warm (more in winter). It is very well marked with stones on the ground

The S23 is really demanding. High hiking shoes, enough water and good physical condition are definitely required. It took us 3 hours just for the descent.
