The Holy Church of the Virgin Mary Mandrakina is a colorful and charming church located in Spianada Square in front of the old fortress and between the Boschetto Garden and the People's Garden in Corfu Town.

The church was built in the 18th century, but its current form is mainly the result of a restoration that took place in the 1950s under the supervision of Ioannis Chronis after the church was badly damaged during the bombings of World War II. The external appearance of the church is symmetrical with a pediment and an impressive quadrangular bell tower. A small staircase leads to the ground floor, which is lower than the level of the square.
The Holy Church of the Virgin Mary Mandrakina is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and Saint Panteleimon, but also owes its name partly to the Mandraki Marina.
