The Oberto Maroli refuge is located at an altitude of 2,796 metres, under the Monte Moro pass and a short distance from the arrival of the cable car which leaves from Macugnaga. From this position, you can enjoy an incredible view of the east face of Monte Rosa. Regardless of which side you approach the climb from, the route is technically simple, but quite steep. You may not be able to run on the way up, but you definitely can on the way down.
