The Roman Catholic, listed parish church of St. Peter is located in Adertshausen, a district of the market town of Hohenburg in the Amberg-Sulzbach district of Upper Palatinate. The parish belongs to the deanery of Amberg-Ensdorf in the diocese of Regensburg.

The hall church was built in 1889. It consists of a nave, a recessed choir with a five-eighths end in the east and a square choir flank tower, the church tower of the Gothic predecessor building, on its south wall. Three church bells hang in the belfry of its top octagonal storey, which was extended around 1600.[1] The storey below houses the tower clock. The choir flank tower is covered with an onion dome. In the west wall of the nave there is a rose window filled with tracery. The interior of the nave is covered with a coffered ceiling. The organ was built in 1889 by Ludwig Edenhofer junior.
