Tips
This torture shows very drastically how a coalfish is being forklifted by a deer. This Marterl originally stood in a somewhat more remote location, but was renovated in the 1960s and moved to its current location. It is a reminder of the long tradition of charcoal burning for iron ore smelting in the deer forest.
