The parish church of St. Severin is surrounded by the old cemetery. The keyholes in the western wall are still a reminder of the town's former fortifications. The three-aisled, late Gothic hall church was probably built before the year 1000 and was consecrated in 1452.
The "Dollfuss window" in the church is unique.
