Hiking

Bad Sooden-Allendorf looks back on a long tradition as a health resort. There was already a bath house in 1818, the forerunner of today's thermal baths. It is still in the Kurpark today.
In addition to a sauna and brine bath, the Werratal Therme also has an open-air inhalatorium.
