The donkey is the connection from Essen Kettwig to Ratingen Lintorf. A bad bike path is located most of the way next to the road. But not on the bottom piece where the serpentines are. Can you drive when you have to reach a destination, but it is not a highlight for me. A much nicer alternative is the panorama bike path Niederbergbahn, which you can drive from Kettwig to Hösel.

Serpentines - only an emergency, since there are hardly any real inclines in the area if you wanted to train like that. Then stop e.g. 20 times up and down :))
