The so-called colliery railway once ran across the Green Bridge from the Neesen freight yard (today: premises of PreZero/Tönsmeier) via Bölhorst/Häverstädt to the Dützen colliery. The railway tracks ended east of today's "Zechenstraße" (hence the street name), southeast of the Dützen windmill. In 1972 the train service on this route was discontinued. A possibly planned extension of the route to the Walllücke has never been realised.
