Flückigersee

The Flückigersee is a beautiful (landscaped) lake in the so-called "Seepark". A round does not take too long, but it is easy to repeat. However, it can be busy depending on the time of day.

The Seepark is the area of the Landesgartenschau 1986 - therefore you will find for a city park also unusually many pretty details, such as the floating bridge, the "little temple" or the Seeparkturm, which enrich the park and make a "normal" city park but a real highlight , On the weekends and generally in good weather, however, is a lot going on and sporty running is then limited.

Popular bathing lake in the middle of Freiburg in summer. All year round, the Seepark is a nice destination for a short run or a relaxed walk. If you like, you can also run laps around the lake, but if the weather is nice at the weekend, this is more of an obstacle course between the numerous other visitors to the park, so it might be better to move the sporty run to the nearby moss forest.
